Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Perishable Goods (Lawn Grass)
Natural Lawn Grass (Mexican, Bermuda, Pearl, etc.) is a perishable commodity.
- Returns: We do not accept returns on grass once it has been delivered, as live plants cannot survive replanting or extended transport times.
- Damaged Goods: If the grass arrives significantly damaged or dead, you must notify us immediately upon delivery (within 2 hours) with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if the fault lies with our transport.
2. Installation Services
- Booking Advance: Any advance payment made for scheduling a site visit or installation date is non-refundable if the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Completion: Once the lawn installation is completed and handed over to the client, no refunds can be issued for the labor or material cost.
3. Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at +91 99725 29845 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service. If the grass has already been harvested/cut from the farm, the order cannot be cancelled.
